Lisa Lenda—Manager of Data Analytics & Quality Reporting

Lisa Lenda has accumulated a wealth of experience in her nearly 20 years in the healthcare and prescription benefit management industry. Ms. Lenda establishes, leads, mentors and develops the Business Analysts and Quality Control Reporting teams. She oversees a portfolio of clients, and her objective is to understand client needs and deliver accurate results based on targeted dates.

Ms. Lenda most recently worked for an insurance technology solutions consulting group, where she was actively involved in working with partners and clients. Her responsibilities ranged from Partner training and management of ongoing relationships to partner and client plan design and claim experience review and recommendations.

Ms. Lenda also spent four years as an Account Manager with Medco, Inc. where she was involved in daily management of clients associated with the Systemed book of business.

Ken Ullsperger—Director of Software Development

Ken Ullsperger brings over a decade’s worth of software engineering experience to the TRICAST leadership team. A firm believer in the adage that absolutes are the enemy of innovation, Mr. Ullsperger’s hallmark is his openness to new ideas and methods. An Enterprise Architect at Herzing University before he joined TRICAST, Mr. Ullsperger is also the founder and owner of an IT consulting company.

Mr. Ullsperger holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire.

Rob Bigalke—Director of Business Development

Rob Bigalke brings over two decades of pharmacy benefits expertise to his role at TRICAST. Prior to joining our team, Mr. Bigalke was a Senior Account Executive for Serve You Custom Prescription Management. In this role, he used his industry knowledge to help clients, brokers, and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) manage their drug spend.

Recognizing the skill that’s made him a trusted advisor to brokers and TPAs across the country, Mr. Bigalke’s clients regularly look to him for support and advice on making informed decisions. Mr. Bigalke and his team of professionals identify the needs of our clients, and skillfully deliver innovative custom solutions to each.

Chris Favero—Director of Infrastructure and Operations

With over 15 years of experience on the front lines of some of the region’s top technology firms, Chris Favero excels at building and leading teams of IT professionals.

Mr. Favero complements his technical prowess with a wide-range of “soft” skills that he employs to empower his employees, and to overcome technological barriers when he collaborates with customers who don’t consider themselves “technical”.

Chris is also skilled at recognizing the long term advantages or consequences for projects when they’re still in their evaluation period, and making the correct business decisions to keep those projects on track and under budget.
