Greg Rucinski—President and CEO

Greg Rucinski founded TRICAST in 1997 after a 10-year stint as President and CEO of SPS, a pharmacy benefit management company/specialty mail order provider that specialized in large self-funded groups.

Mr. Rucinski brings to every client relationship three decades worth of retail pharmacy knowledge and expertise in developing and administering on-line adjudication programs for the pharmaceutical benefit management component, contracting to self-funded, fully insured programs and re-insurers.

A founding member of the Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin, Mr. Rucinski holds pharmacy licenses in Wisconsin, Michigan, Tennessee, Maryland, and Kansas. He holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Pharmacy.

Jack Steinkamp—Chief Business Officer

Jack Steinkamp is a veteran of the health benefits industry with a broad background and expertise in corporate management. Jack started his career in the group medical business in 1964 with Blue Cross in St. Louis.

He continued to pursue an underwriting career at General American and ITT Hamilton with positions of increasing responsibility until 1980, when he became President of Group Division of United Insurance Company of America (a Teledyne Company). In 1985 he was distinguished as president of the fastest growing company of all 130 Teledyne companies.

In 1987 he became a principal in Reinsurance Management, Inc. (RMI). In the early days of RMI’s history, the company focused on managing MET programs, at one point exceeding over $100 million of premium under management.

Mr. Steinkamp is a graduate of St. Louis University with a Bachelors degree in Marketing.

Jim Casurella—Chief Information Officer

Jim Casurella brings over 25 years of experience working with Data Analysis, Process Design, Information Technology and Project Management. He provides client assistance in evaluating processes, systems and data to determine compliance gaps and the required remediation.

Mr. Casurella has advised many Fortune 500 companies as well as county, state and federal agencies in Health Care, Human Services, Transportation, and Finance. In addition to consulting, Mr. Casurella has held management positions in technology and operations for several large corporations.

Mr. Casurella is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame.

Rob Shelley—Senior Vice President, Business Development

Rob Shelley brings over 20 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical and Pharmacy Benefit Industry to his support of TRICAST’s business development efforts.

He has advised Fortune 500 Employers, large Taft-Hartley Clients and Coalitions, Third Party Administrators, Government Plans, Managed Care and Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans. Mr. Shelley also lead the overall market development of Medicare Part D audit and oversight programs, and the use of niche experts in pharmacy program consulting.

Mr. Shelley received his MBA from the University of Minnesota, and his B.S. in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Scott Morgan—VP of Pharmacy, Senior Clinical Analyst

Scott Morgan provides clinical oversight for TRICAST’s fully insured and self-funded insurance programs, and he plays a lead role in the coordination and implementation of the Client Audit and eligibility reviews along with the management of daily operations for pharmacy benefits.

Mr. Morgan began his pharmaceutical career by managing his family’s independent pharmacy in Indianapolis, Indiana. He has been a pharmacist for 30 years, and his experience includes two years as the Clinical Pharmacy Manager with a large HMO in the Midwest, as well as several years in management roles with a major pharmaceutical manufacturer.

Mr. Morgan is a member of AMCP and WAFP, and is a graduate of the Purdue University School of Pharmacy.
