It delivers a standardized data format upon which the integrated software application base is built and the data is scrubbed forensically. ReCAST is the key step for integrating all pharmacy claim history and eligibility from multiple sources into the standardized format necessary to provide a stable platform for all analysis. This standardized “Triplecast ”database subsequently contains value added elements that become the foundation and support for all applications that make up the TRICAST suite of applications being offered.

PharmaCAST is an application for pharmaceutical manufacturer rebate billing and administration. Once your claim data is in the data warehouse, all rebates can be administered through a single application, regardless of the source claim. As with all of our applications, PharmaCAST is designed to support a variety of reporting needs.

AccuCAST is an application that builds factually accurate forecasting ability based on your claims and eligibility. We do this by comparing them to internal TRICAST benchmarks developed from constantly gathered and updated external market share and demographic data. In addition, AccuCAST provides your actuarial staff with a Medicare D filing tool at the push of a button.

CommuniCAST is an application used to communicate fact based information to client defined users. Most importantly, you control and define access for all users. As part of this application, you can allow physician prescriber access to pertinent information about price, drug indications, and drug interactions that support clinical programs. Information can also be made available to patients, groups, providers, and contracted provider groups at your discretion and need.

BroadCAST is a “push” application that automates communication through secure emails to user defined recipients. This is done after integrating scrubbed claims with user defined rules. An example of this would be automatically communicating a patient/physician profile identifying a clinical outlier, compliance protocol, or black box warning to the medical director of one of your programs.

ForeCAST is an application that provides modeling at your desktop. Using the BroadCAST application, an ‘applet’ or mini-application, is ‘pushed’ out to interested parties as a decision support tool, allowing them to model any number of “What if’s”. Actual client or group data is used for this modeling and provided in a PMPM format that allows an end user to change coverage parameters such as copayment, deductible, coverage item, formulary or pricing parameter and instantly predict the effect on the PMPM cost.
